The Orb has long been one of Vivienne Westwood's favourite motifs, which became the main logo back in the '80s. The eponymous designer wanted to pay homage to both the extensive history of the monarchy of the United Kingdom and also represent the label's forward-facing designs of the future, melding the Royal Orb with the rings of Saturn for an iconic brand logo.
