The Sterling Silver & Lapis Lazuli Relic Compass Pendant by Hannah Silversmith. This handmade pendant is part of Hannahs Relic range. Its inspiration comes from ancient artefacts that have been excavated from deep underground, or from the seabed. Specifically, this necklace comes from the idea of a discarded or long-lost compass. It has a slightly distorted sense of its previous grandeur. This poignant piece of jewellery is constructed from a mix of recycled and new sterling silver, alongside a semi-precious Lapis Lazuli. About the Designer: Hannah Smith set up her own handmade jewellery brand after studying silversmithing at university. Nature is an endless source of inspiration for Hannah, and organic forms are often given a futuristic twist as they are incorporated into her designs in an abstract sense.
