I hadn't so much as looked at a white cotton shirt for over a year and a half, but this combination isn't so bad...

This past weekend was a healthy mix of doing everything and yet nothing at all - just before the panic sets in for the coming weeks of final classes and exams, but a rare window of calm to brainstorm some new and exciting projects with new and exciting people, master the art of perfect brown rice, and walking the Bondi-to-Bronte with Alex in this absolutely inappropriate attire amongst the runners and lovers.
I hadn't so much as looked at a white cotton shirt for over a year and a half, so leaving the comfort of my favourite Equipment staples started as an uncomfortable revisit to awkward and stiff-collared highschool days. Come to think of it, the A-line skirt didn't help, but upon golden hour when the sun filtered perfectly through salt spray and some dust kicked up by happy kids trailed by tired parents, I didn't mind so much.
It's probably the typically military combination of leather, khaki and my favourite boots that steps the lot up to a slightly more aggressive level.
Just enough for a coastline walk, whether you like it or not.
What did you all do this weekend?
