Lively 101

This is the thing: as soon as temperatures plateau at mid teens, the desperation for Spring to begin is just too much. I need to jet to New York. Now. Thankfully I’ll be there in September for Fashion Week – so looking forward to seeing the big city in the sun!

This is the thing: as soon as temperatures plateau at mid teens, the desperation for Spring to begin is just too much. I need to jet to New York. Now. Thankfully I’ll be there in September for Fashion Week – so looking forward to seeing the big city in the sun!

Until then, a little all-white half-tailored action never hurt anybody – perhaps a little colder than my legs would like to be, but Sydney winter really needs to get the hell with it: sheer panels are happening. Where it’s at. All the rage. Ba-da-bing. To pull back a sharper shoulder, slouchy and half-tucked jersey always performs. Then, to distract from this extreme inner comfort, throw in some obscene, light-reflecting (or deflecting, as Thierry likes it) pizzazz: here, in the form of the ultimate 101 of the sunglass species, and leopard print pony hair disguised as Bowser (but really it’s quite practical because my iPad fits perfectly).

For anybody who appreciates the flawlessly sleek structure of these Thierry Lasry frames, you definitely need to head to Shine By Three facebook page pronto to go in the running to win a pair in its $490 glory. It’s way too simple to be fair, but I love you all dearly so run along and enter HERE.

In other news, I just ate a whole orange and am feeling slightly ill. To ease the pain, I’m buying the rest of my textbooks for next semester, and browsing ASOS new arrivals… reckon I could pull off this dress in red?

*love*
