Today was spent traipsing all corners of Sydney: running errands, looking for empty seats in libraries between meetings, and hiding my tired eyes behind my favourite bug-eyed sunglasses. As declared on Instagram, I ordered these ZARA beauties a week or so ago and I'm so glad I got them a size up, despite the fit already being exceptionally roomy. They may be perched a little precariously on my hips, but really: why would you want to be wearing tight pants when you've already got heels on? When getting in and out of vehicles, lifts, uncomfortable library chairs and running back and forth between a tripod and the edge of Huntley's Point wharf (living on the edge since 1993, yo), the baggier and mintier the better. I know a lot of littler girls steer clear of baggy jeans, but I think they're far more flattering than skinnies. Capiche?
You all loved the neckplate Tal Manning was wearing in our interview, so here it is in the flesh (sort of). For such a large piece of metal around my neck, it's surprisingly understated and manages to sharpen everything I'm wearing - grey on grey would have been impossibly boring otherwise!
It's coming up to my exam period at Uni - which you'll all get to know as when I start blogging at stupid hours of the night. How are all you students out there faring? Heads down bums up!
