alt Mrs Press Michelle Silk Dress – [Photos: Luisa Brimble, Makeup: Megan Vaughan] I make it no secret that I adore Mrs Press’ SS11/12 (I think my RAFW post spoke volumes in this respect). Furthermore, this dress was among my absolute favourites from the collection. From all the ‘favourite colours’ I’ve adopted through the ages, tangerine has lasted the longest – a wake-up colour call in Winter, and a breezy freshness in Summer. So, to have it so tastefully knotted in silk around your waist, and billowing endlessly otherwise, is definitely as close as you’ll get to walking on a cloud. The Tubby Custard kind that Noo Noo spat out in the Teletubbies… Anyone? No? I digress. The most important thing you should take away from today’s post is that because I find the plunging neckline, dramatic skirt and silky smoothness of this dress so irresistible, the brains and beauty behind the scenes (Ms Clare) has agreed to let you lovely readers have 15% off this Michelle Silk Dress by simply using the codeword SHINEBYTHREE at checkout. Just in time for holiday season, and dominating whatever occasion you happen to be at. altaltalt I had so much fun on that shoot with Luisa and her team! No doubt, you’ll be seeing more of the shoot very soon. Should Clare give me another styling run with this gown, I’d try out an industrial space, nude lips, steel-capped boots and sea-salted hair. How would you guys style it? *love* xx
